A) 5 Quality sets of:

30 Second Inch Worms

30 Second Bridges

30 Second Double Unders

30 Second Rest

 

B) Every Minute On The Minute For 10 Minutes of:

Odd Minutes: Front Squats, 4-6 reps @ 4101 @60% of 1RM

Even Minutes: Rest

 

C) For Time:

Run 400 Meters

30 Thrusters @ 95#/65#

30 Pull Ups
