A) 4 Quality sets of:

V-Ups x 10 reps

Box Jumps x 10 reps

Double Unders x 30 reps

 

Note: Once again there will be no singles in this portion of the workout. If 30 double unders can not be completed within 20-30 seconds, you will then work on 15 attempts. Every attempt will count.

 

B) Every minute on the minute x 8 minutes of the following complex:

Two position clean deadlift (knee, midhang)

bar is controlled back to the ground

Deadlift

bar is controlled back to the ground

Hang Power Clean

bar is controlled back to the ground

Power Clean

 

C) As many reps as possible in 11 minutes of:

10 Power Cleans @ 95#/65#

5 Toes-tobar
