A)- Track A&B – 7 Quality Minutes of:

12 Walking Lunges

3 Handstand Push Ups @ 4104

9 Air Squats

4104 Tempo Description:

4 second negative to headstand
1 second headstand
0 Handstand Push Up
4 second handstand hold

L3 = May use abmat

L2 = No HSPU, Reset or Wall Climb

L1 = 30 second Front Plank or Wall Climb

Track A = L1 (Fundamentals) & L2 (Beginner)

Track B = L3 (Intermediate & Masters 45+) & L4 (RX)

Track C = Selected Competitors (Starting October 28th)

Box Jumps x 10 reps

Double Unders x 30 reps

 

Note: Once again there will be no singles in this portion of the workout. If 30 double unders can not be completed within 20-30 seconds, you will then work on 15 attempts. Every attempt will count.

 

B) Every minute on the minute x 8 minutes of the following complex:

Inch worms 36ft
50 Double unders

B) 3 Position clean deadlifts (knee-midhang-extension, 3 second pause at each position) x 5 sets with 1 minute rest

C) 5 rounds of:

Run 400 meters
15 Deadlifts @ 155/105
2 minute rest
